Tipp lyra is a hoop that is rigged at 2 points directly across the circle from each other, letting the entire apparatus flip 180 degrees. Pre-reqs: Students should be able to: invert to the top bar from sitting on the bottom, have solid front and back balances, and able to pull over to front fold
