Our Aerial Dance Studio offers a large variety of dance classes for all skill levels. Our experienced instructors are passionate about helping each dancer achieve their highest potential, while also having as much fun as possible. Have a look at our class schedule below to find the one that best fits your needs.
Thursdays at 7-8 PM and Sundays 1:00-2:00
Beginner/Intermediate Aerial Silks
This class consists of a group warm-up followed by aerial warm-up on the silks, which focuses on building strength and endurance. The class then progresses to basic climbing and basic moves on the silks. It combines the rigor of aerial silks training with the fun and artistry of aerial dance. Students will learn fun new aerial poses and transitions, and will also explore sequencing as they learn what it feels like to flow and dance in the air. The class closes with an abs workout and group stretching.
Beginner/Intermediate Hoop Thursday 8:30-9:30PM
and Intro Hoop Sunday 2:15-3:15 PM
In this class you will learn about the hard apparatus aerial hoop also known as Lyra. You will learn entry into the Lyra and movements within the hoop and under the hoop.
All Levels All Apparatuses Tuesday at 8:00-9:30PM
OPEN GYM RULES:
All open gym times are supervised practice of things you already know and feel comfortable working on.
No student is to teach another student during this time.
All partaking in open gyms must be approved by emailing or asking your instructor for clearance.

Private lessons are excellent for students looking to do one on one instruction, nail down a trick, work privately on choreography , run a routine and more.
Private lessons do not allow videographers , friends or family must wait outside in the lobby.
INTRO TO SILKS
Interested in trying silks for the first time ?
Begin your aerial journey here. You will learn the fundamental basics of aerial silks. Basic climb, wrist and foot locks plus plenty of conditioning exercise's to prepare you for our beginner silks class.
