Our Aerial Dance Studio offers a large variety of dance classes for all skill levels. Our experienced instructors are passionate about helping each dancer achieve their highest potential, while also having as much fun as possible. Have a look at our class schedule below to find the one that best fits your needs.
Silks Beginner Sunday 1-3PM
Beginner Aerial Silks
This 2 hour class consists of a group warm-up followed by aerial warm-up on the silks, which focuses on building strength and endurance. The class then progresses to basic climbing and basic moves on the silks. It combines the rigor of aerial silks training with the fun and artistry of aerial dance. Students will learn fun new aerial poses and transitions, and will also explore sequencing as they learn what it feels like to flow and dance in the air. The class closes with an abs workout and group stretching.
Beginner Hoop Thursday 8-9:30PM
In this class you will learn about the hard apparatus aerial hoop also known as Lyra. You will learn entry into the Lyra and movements within the hoop and under the hoop.
All Levels All Apparatuses Tuesday & Friday 8-9:30 PM
This class is a favorite and includes all levels and apparatuses. Perfect if you are nailing a trick , or working on a routine. In open gym you will have the time and instruction to further your weak spot or drill a favorite combo.
