Where are you Located? We are located at: The Dance Exchange, Studio 2, and Studio 1 7117 Maple Avenue, Takoma Park, MD, 20912

What should I wear? For aerial classes, fitness attire is appropriate. You should wear athletic wear that covers the back of the knees. Do not wear clothing with zippers as it can snag and damage the equipment. Do not wear any jewelry.

What is the minimum age? The minimum age is 6 years old to attend classes. (Please check out our events page for the childrens workshops)

How do I sign up for classes? You can create an account online and buy, register and book your classes online through our website.

I purchased a Groupon before covid, what happens now?
You can call Groupon at 1-86-956-1276 to extend date on voucher or get a refund.

Gift Cards - Gift cards have a four-year expiration date from date of purchase.

How do I redeem a Groupon - Please email us at aerialcandyfit@gmail.com to redeem a Groupon and please provide your redemption code and voucher number.
Policies :
Cancellation Policy :
You must provide 24 hour notice to cancel your class. You may reschedule your class if you provide 24 hours notice. If you do not provide 24 hour notice you forfeit the class. There are no refunds for a cancellation.

Late Policy:
Students arriving more than 15 minutes late will not be allowed to participate. This policy is for the safety of students, as injuries are likely to occur if the student has not participated in the appropriate warm up exercises. Additionally, this is a disruption to the rest of the class.

Refund Policy:
We do not offer refunds for unused classes.
Refunds are available for classes that WE ( Aerial Candy ) had to cancel.

Equipment Rentals
Studio Equipment is not available for rentals. No equipment is available for rentals for outside events.

Memberships Purchase Terms:
I acknowledge I have read and understand the payment terms. If I am purchasing a MEMBERSHIP, these terms include monthly automatic renewal, a 3 month minimum commitment, and 1 month advance notice to cancel.

Childrens sessions makeup classes: Make up classes are based on availability and only one per session. Make up classes cannot be transferred to another person or student.

AerialCandy is delighted your child is taking part in our kids and youth classes. Aerial silks are a wonderful way to get great exercise, build confidence, and learn new skills. We remind you that we do need to follow certain policies.

Your child's learning and growth is important to us. We strive for a positive class experience, so please discuss any concerns or questions after a class with the instructor or email us through the website.

Parents are welcome to watch classes and should remain at the side of the studio near the door.

Please do not direct your child in the studio as this disrupts our instructors and our student athletes. Failure to follow this policy will result in a warning. If there is a second failure to follow this policy, we will discuss cancelling your child’s classes.

Safety first and a positive experience for our students is paramount. A disruptive student is not simply an annoyance, it can lead to safety risks. Disruptive outbursts by a student will result in a warning. If there is a second failure to follow this policy, we reserve the right to dismiss a child from the class and we will discuss with you cancelling your child’s future classes.

We will provide ample opportunities for parents to take pictures or videos of their children. But please no photography or video of classes or students. Given safety concerns regarding social media and postings of children, we cannot allow parents to take photos or videos.

Our students have a range of skill levels. We are happy to schedule a safety and skills assessment to place your child in the right class. In rare cases, we may need to move a student among intro, beginner, and intermediate classes so they can gain the most from class.
