Spiral Workshop Int/Advanced

This workshop begins with a brief review of skills learned in the beginner workshop followed by a series of more advanced moves with tips to add fluidity and flow. At the end, you will have a chance to create your own flow incorporating the moves and techniques you’ve learned.
