Aerial Spiral Workshops With Emmy and Sydney

INTRO:

In this workshop you will learn some basic skills to first get you comfortable moving on a 12’ tall aerial spiral. You will then learn a series of moves to create a brief but stunningly mesmerizing routine.

Requirements: either three strong pole climbs, or 5 intro/beginner lessons on any aerial apparatus. Knees, feet, and elbows must be bare.

Please note that this workshop may not be suitable for those who have an intense fear of heights or cannot tolerate mild to moderate spinning. But also, if you love making creative shapes, this is workshop is definitely for you!
