About the Event
SHAPES & FLOW:
We will begin this workshop with a quick review of basic skills followed by a series of more advanced moves along with tips to add fluidity and flow. At the end, you will have a chance to create your own flow incorporating the moves and techniques you’ve learned.
Requirements: Comfortable with inversions, or intermediate level on any aerial apparatus or higher. Knees, feet, and elbows must be bare.
