Service Description

This class covers both lyra and silks for young adults 12-17years old. Intro and beginner silks and lyra combo class focusing on gaining strength. Beginner sequencing on the silks and lyra. Learning different entrances into lyra, finding and creating shapes. Class will also focus on advancing climbs and learning inverts on the silks and gaining strength to learn inverts in the air.
